Upcoming projects on Sohna Road, in Sohna and on the Southern Peripheral Road, for Gurgaon buyers who want more space, villas, plots or floors for their budget.
If Golf Course Road prices have put you off, Sohna Road and the land beyond it deserve a proper look. The northern part of Sohna Road, around Sectors 39 to 49, is a settled residential corridor with schools, hospitals and markets already running. Further south, the Central Park Flower Valley township in Sohna offers villas, plots and floors next to the Aravallis, at a scale that is hard to find closer to the city.
Then there is the Southern Peripheral Road, which links Golf Course Extension Road with Sohna Road. Signature Global has three launches in Sector 71 along it.
This corridor suits buyers who want more space, a quieter setting or an independent home, and who don't mind a little more driving. Prices are indicative as of October 2026 and change often, and several projects here are currently on price on request.
Sohna Road, Sectors 39 to 49
Godrej Alira is a single 33-storey tower in Sector 39 with just 132 residences in 3, 4 and 4+ BHK, from 2,426 to 3,167 sq.ft. The clubhouse is for residents only, so it is shared by 132 homes, and the pool is chemical-free. RERA-registered, possession expected January 2030, from about ₹5.6 Cr. It suits a family that wants a small community and a large home.
Shapoorji Pallonji The Dualis in Sector 46 has two towers on about 2 acres. The 3 BHKs are open on two sides; the 4 BHKs, in their own tower with two homes per floor, are open on three. Sizes run from 1,981 to 2,503 sq.ft with 11.3-foot ceilings, and Medanta is about 1.2 km away. RERA-registered, from about ₹7.3 Cr. It suits buyers who value light, views and a low-density building.
Experion The Trillion in Sector 48 offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments with over 80% of the site as green space, about 1 lakh sq.ft of social spaces and a separate gate for school drop-off and pick-up. RERA-registered, price on request. Parents of school-going children will find it practical.
Godrej Aristocrat in Sector 49 has 3 and 4 BHK homes listed at 1,408 to 1,751 sq.ft, planned around a forest-themed landscape, with a 10,000 sq.ft extended lobby that includes squash and badminton courts. RERA-registered, possession expected December 2030, from about ₹6.1 Cr.
Elan The Statement, also in Sector 49, is the biggest format on the road: 4 and 5 BHK apartments and penthouses of 4,285 to 7,395 sq.ft in six glass towers of G+36 on 5.875 acres, with about 70% open greens. RERA-registered, possession expected by 2030, from about ₹10.25 Cr. It suits buyers who want a very large home on an established road.
Sohna: Central Park Flower Valley
This is where most of the space is. Central Park has five RERA-registered launches inside Flower Valley, its gated township in Sector 32 beside the Aravallis, all currently on price on request.
- Central Park Fleur Villas: limited-edition 3 and 4 BHK villas on 250 or 300 sq.yd plots, with an option to expand later.
- Central Park Mikasa Plots: residential plots from 180 to 1,000 sq.yd, with optional construction by Central Park at extra cost.
- Central Park The Orchard: builder floors set in a multi-fruit organic orchard, most of them green-facing and open on two sides.
- Central Park Bignonia Towers: 3 and 4 BHK high-rise homes of 3,805 to 5,581 sq.ft in two towers, with Italian marble, VRV/VRF air-conditioning and two clubhouses.
- Central Park Selene: studios and luxe suites at the centre of the township, alongside a retail zone.
The villas and plots suit families who want an independent house and room to grow. Bignonia suits those who want a very large apartment, and Selene works for a single buyer or a weekend home.
Sohna: Breez Polo Reserve
Close by in Sector 33, Breez Polo Reserve offers 3 BHK independent floors of 1,722 to 2,004 sq.ft on 154 to 180 sq.yd plots, in a stilt-plus-four structure with a private basement and a lift to every floor and the terrace. It sits inside Flora Avenue, a community that is already lived in, and Club Flora is already built. It is not yet shown as RERA-registered and the price is on request. It suits families who want a floor in a settled neighbourhood rather than a tower flat.
Southern Peripheral Road, Sector 71
Lamborghini Residences by Signature Global is billed as India's first Tonino Lamborghini Residences: 3 and 4 BHK homes of 2,050 to 2,750 sq.ft in five towers on 12.4 acres, with the facade, lobbies and common areas designed by the brand and a clubhouse of about 1 lakh sq.ft. Possession is quoted as 2032 and prices start from about ₹4.5 Cr. It is not yet shown as RERA-registered. It suits buyers for whom branded design matters as much as the address.
Signature Global Cloverdale SPR mixes homes with retail and offices in one development, in 3 BHK, 3 BHK with utility and 4 BHK with servant room. It is precertified IGBC Platinum and rated EDGE Advanced, with a Miyawaki forest and a pet park. RERA-registered, possession expected March 2031. It suits people who want daily errands handled without taking the car out.
Signature Global Titanium SPR has 3.5 and 4.5 BHK high-rise apartments with concept architecture by DP Architects of Singapore and a lagoon-style pool. It is RERA-registered, with possession listed as May 2027, the earliest date in this list. Both Cloverdale and Titanium are on price on request.
What to check before booking
- RERA registration for the exact tower, phase or plot you are buying.
- The possession date in the RERA filing, not only the brochure.
- The approach road and daily commute, which matter more the further south you go.
- The payment plan, and how much is due before construction moves.
- The all-in cost, including PLC, parking, club charges, deposits and stamp duty, or construction cost if you are buying a plot.
