Who we are
Ikonic Property Consultants LLP ("we", "us") is a real estate advisory registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA/PKL/REA/2348/2023). Our office is at 217, Tower 2, DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana. For this website we are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act.
What we collect
- What you give us in our forms: your name, phone number, e-mail address, message, and, if you choose, details of your requirement such as budget, preferred locations, configuration, timeline, preferred contact method and NRI status.
- Site-visit requests: the project, unit, date and time you prefer.
- Technical data: the page you sent an enquiry from, and basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time). Hosting providers keep these logs for security.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as financial account details, government ID numbers or health information through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give the advice you asked for: shortlists, price lists, cost sheets, availability and payment plans.
- To arrange and confirm site visits.
- To share relevant new projects or updates with you, but only if you asked for them. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations, including those under RERA.
When you submit a form, you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry by call, SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when it is needed to help you:
- Developers / promoters: to register your site visit or reserve a unit you asked about, so the developer can recognise you and honour applicable offers. We share only what's needed for that.
- Home-loan partners: only if you ask us for loan assistance.
- Service providers: our web host and e-mail provider, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
Cookies and third-party content
This website uses one essential cookie that keeps your session and protects our forms against misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Some pages load content from other services: map tiles (Esri / OpenStreetMap), project images (Triverse Homes) and videos (YouTube, only when you press play). These services receive your IP address and browser details when they deliver that content, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are helping you, and then for up to 3 years, so we can answer follow-up questions and meet legal requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see below).
Keeping it safe
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Our admin area is protected by strong passwords and two-step verification. Access to enquiries is limited to our advisors. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data, as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- have it corrected, completed or updated;
- have it erased, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children
This website is for adults looking to buy, sell or invest in property. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
