Do I pay a fee for your advice?
No. For new projects our advisory is free to buyers — we are paid by the developer as an authorised channel partner, and you pay the same price as buying directly.
Are the prices you share the developer's prices?
Yes. We share the developer's official price list and current offers, and we never add a mark-up.
How do I check a project is RERA-registered?
Every project we recommend has an HRERA registration number, which you can verify on the HRERA Gurugram website. We share it with every shortlist.
Can you help with a home loan?
Yes. We work with leading banks and housing finance companies and can help you compare offers and complete the paperwork.
What are the extra costs on top of the price?
Typically stamp duty and registration, GST on under-construction homes, maintenance deposits and club charges. We give you an all-inclusive cost sheet before you book.
