New launches, ready-to-move inventory and infrastructure — the developments that matter if you are buying in Gurugram right now.
Gurugram continues to be one of the most active residential markets in Delhi NCR. If you are planning to buy this season, here is what our advisors are watching — and what it means for you.
New launches are concentrated in a few corridors
Most new supply is coming up along Golf Course Extension Road, Dwarka Expressway and the Southern Peripheral Road. Launches here often offer early-bird pricing and better unit choice, but possession is typically several years away.
- Ask for the HRERA registration number before you pay an expression-of-interest amount.
- Compare the payment plan, not just the base price.
- Check the approach road as it is today, not only as it is planned.
Ready-to-move homes are limited
Buyers who want to move in quickly have fewer choices, especially in the luxury segment. Resale and recently completed projects on Golf Course Road and Sohna Road are worth a look, but expect less room for negotiation.
Infrastructure is changing travel times
The Dwarka Expressway, the Southern Peripheral Road and new metro plans are changing how far is "too far". Drive the route at the time you would actually travel before deciding.
What we recommend
Shortlist three to five projects across two corridors, visit them on the same day, and ask for an all-inclusive cost sheet for each. Our advisors can plan the route and prepare the comparison for you.
