Construction is moving ahead on the Gurugram Metro, a fully elevated line linking Old Gurugram, New Gurugram and the Dwarka Expressway corridor. The first 160-tonne U-girder has been installed near Cyber Park.
The line will run 28.5 km — a 26.65 km main line and a 1.85 km spur towards Sector 101 — with 27 stations, covering areas such as Sectors 9, 45, 47 and 48 and Basai.
What it means for buyers
Homes within walking distance of future stations, particularly in New Gurugram and along the Dwarka Expressway, stand to gain the most once the line opens.
