DLF has added 7.48 acres in Sector 61 on Golf Course Extension Road, merging it with its existing 28.5-acre holding to create a single 36-acre site.
The company has not yet announced what it will build there or when, but a contiguous parcel of this size could support a large integrated residential community.
The news came alongside DLF's September-quarter results: net profit of ₹1,301 crore, up from ₹1,171 crore a year earlier, and sales bookings of about ₹3,800 crore for the quarter.
