DLF The Dahlias: DLF's next super-luxury address in DLF5 Golf Links
The Dahlias is DLF's newest super-luxury project and the next step after The Camellias. It is coming up on plot R16 in DLF5, Sector 54, right off Golf Course Road, inside the same Golf Links neighbourhood as The Aralias, The Magnolias and The Camellias. If you know those addresses, you already know the setting: golf course views, mature greens and a fully run DLF community.
According to the Haryana RERA filing, the project sits on about 16.5 acres with 9 towers and roughly 421 residences, with carpet areas from about 506 to 1,109 sq m (around 5,450 to 11,940 sq ft). Press reports put the super areas at roughly 9,500 to 16,000 sq ft, with a small number of duplex penthouses larger still, and say the homes are handed over as bare shells so you design the interiors yourself.
It is still being built. The RERA filing gives a likely completion date of 31 December 2031. Reported launch pricing was around 80,000 per sq ft, which put most homes at 80 crore and above, along with a very large clubhouse. Treat the reported figures as a guide and confirm the current price and availability with DLF before deciding.
