Krisumi Waterside Residences is a phase of Krisumi City in Sector 36A, Gurugram, built by Krisumi Corporation, the joint venture of Krishna Group and Japan's Sumitomo Corporation. Japanese firms handle both the exteriors and the interiors, so it is worth a look if that design approach appeals to you.
It is a separate project from Krisumi's Forest Reserve phase. The exteriors are by Nikken Housing System and the interiors by Aoyama Nomura Design.
Homes are labelled the Japanese way, as LDK (living, dining, kitchen). You can choose from 2 LDK, 2 LDK with study, 3 LDK, 3 LDK with servant room, and duplex penthouses. Saleable areas start at 1,740 sq ft for a 2 LDK, and the penthouses run from about 5,450 to 7,130 sq ft.
The landscape includes a main pool, a kids' pool and a lake. Lobbies are air-conditioned, with high-speed lifts plus a service lift, and you get piped gas and full power backup.

Waterside Residences is in Sector 36A, at the point where the Northern Peripheral Road (Dwarka Expressway) and the Central Peripheral Road meet near NH-48. Krisumi says NH-48 is about a three-minute drive away and that a mass rapid transit line is planned along the NPR and CPR.
The developer also points to about 220 acres of green zone and a 50-metre green belt around the site, and to the new business district planned next to it. Delhi and IGI Airport are reached via Dwarka Expressway or NH-48.
