Krisumi Waterfall Suites is a phase of Krisumi City in Sector 36A, Gurugram, by Krisumi Corporation, the joint venture of Krishna Group and Japan's Sumitomo Corporation. It is made up of compact 1 LDK suites, so it suits you if you want a smaller, easy-to-run home inside a larger township.
The project is registered on about 3.87 acres, with 320 residential units, 58 EWS units, convenience shopping and a community club. Suites come in three types, with exclusive areas of 650.90, 692.34 and 856.17 sq ft and carpet areas between 464 and 592 sq ft. It is still under construction.
The design takes its cue from the Shiraito waterfall near Mount Fuji. There is a main garden with a waterfall and a podium rooftop garden, and within the project you have a restaurant, meeting rooms, a gym and a spa.
