Experion Emerelle Reserve: four-to-a-core 3 and 4 BHK high-rise homes in Sector 88A
Experion Emerelle Reserve is a planned project of 3 and 4 BHK homes on Experion's land in Sector 88A, just off the Dwarka Expressway, one of the fastest-growing parts of Gurgaon. It's early days, though. The project hasn't launched yet and doesn't have a RERA number.
The plan covers roughly 7.8 acres, with 3 BHK, 3 BHK + utility and 4 BHK apartments in towers indicated at ground plus 40 floors. The marketing partner mentions four apartments per core, and a clubhouse of about 70,000 sq ft is indicated. The site is close to both Dwarka Expressway and Pataudi Road.
Experion is funded by its Singapore parent and already knows this area well. You can register your interest now, but don't hand over any money until the RERA number is out and you've checked it yourself.
