DLF The Arbour is the Sector 63 project that sold out before its official launch: all 1,137 apartments across five towers at DLF SixtyThree went in three days in February 2023. Today you can only buy here on resale, so it helps to know exactly what the homes offer.
Every apartment is the same large 4 BHK with a study and a utility room, and there are only two apartments to a core. Floor-to-floor height is 3.4 metres, decks are about 2.9 metres deep, and three high-speed lifts serve just those two homes. Each apartment also gets three car parks, with provision for EV charging.
The focus is on space and privacy rather than gadgets. About 85% of the 25-acre site is left open, and the towers stand 30 metres apart, so you aren't looking straight into a neighbour's home. DLF brought in WATG for the landscape and interiors and Thornton Tomasetti for the structure.
