Adani Oyster Greens is a plotted colony of 288 plots in Sector 102A, off the Dwarka Expressway, developed by Adani Realty with M2K under Haryana's Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana. It sits next to Oyster Grande and suits buyers who would rather build their own home than buy an apartment.
Residential plots range from about 114 to 179 sq yd (95.5 to 150 sq m), and you build on them within DTCP norms. Service lines are brought to the edge of each plot. Along with the residential plots, the layout also has shop-cum-office (SCO) plots.
The colony is gated, with three manned gates, CCTV across the common areas and paved roads. There are two landscaped parks, badminton courts, water and sewage treatment plants and an electric substation, and Adani Realty says four schools are within about 300 m. The official page gives a RERA possession date of 9 August 2026, and its April 2025 site photos show roads and services largely in place. The project is sold out, so you would be buying a plot on resale.
